AlphaGrep is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support its high-frequency trading operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong systems background who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. You’ll contribute to monitoring production systems and providing L1 support for trading infrastructure.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Provide L1 monitoring and support for critical trading infrastructure.
• Monitor system health and ensure production stability.
• Participate in shift-based operations with the DevOps team.
• Triage issues quickly and escalate to the appropriate engineering teams.
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high uptime.

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, system admin, or operations role.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux-based environments.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Calm and proactive under pressure, with sharp troubleshooting skills.
