🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Implement cross-platform Single Sign-On and Oauth-based identity frameworks (OBO, SAML, etc.).
• Participate in rapid prototyping, debugging, and continuous improvement of mission-critical services.
• Collaborate across global teams, integrating open APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, SAP).
• Contribute to architecture, security, and customer experience in cloud-native environments.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale system architecture.
• Exposure to authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OBO) and identity management frameworks.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check clearance (post-hire).

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of software engineering experience OR Master’s in Computer Science.
• Understanding of open APIs from ISVs like SAP, Workday, Oracle HRMS, and ADP.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Copilot integration is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional, cross-group agile environment.
