NeoXam is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join its R&D team in Noida. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on modern software delivery pipelines, automation, cloud tooling, and CI/CD in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade NeoXam’s internal CI/CD platform (BitBucket, Bamboo, Sonar, Artifactory).
• Manage replica environments for tool testing and version control.
• Streamline software development and deployment pipelines.
• Provide training on DevOps tools and best practices.
• Develop tooling for AWS and Azure cloud deployments.
• Drive cloud adoption, standardization, and automation across teams.
• Support Dev, QA, and pre-sales teams with cloud solutions.
• Ensure alignment with DevOps security standards and compliance.
• Evaluate new cloud services including AI/ML integrations.

✅ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with Ansible, SaltStack, or Terraform.
• CI/CD pipeline expertise using tools like Bamboo or GitLab CI.
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud computing.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Python scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Jira, BitBucket, Sonar, Maven, SVN, etc.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Atlassian DevOps ecosystems.
