Revionics is hiring a Junior Cloud Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, AI-driven SaaS infrastructure for the retail industry. 🛠️ Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly reliable and observable cloud infrastructure.
• Configure monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Deploy AI agents for self-healing and proactive monitoring in cloud environments.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools.
• Write and manage Terraform scripts for multi-environment provisioning.
• Perform root cause analysis and production issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with dev and ops teams for resource scaling and planning.

✅ Requirements

• 1 year of experience working with mission-critical, cloud-based systems.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes (preferably on GCP).
• Comfortable with Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Alpine) and Windows Server 2019+.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Hands-on with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Understanding of protocols such as HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SQL, XML.
