Job Description

Adroit Innovative Solutions Inc is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a 12-month full-time contract role open across India. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) to work on real-world DevOps challenges across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code on Microsoft Azure.

The role requires hands-on contributions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and occasional flexibility with work hours.

Responsibilities

• Support IT and DevOps operations for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Write and manage Terraform modules for Azure resource provisioning.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash scripting.
• Handle MongoDB integration across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Participate in technical and culture-fit interviews as required.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including occasional late nights or weekends.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure role.
• Strong skills in Bash scripting and terminal-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in writing Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience working with MongoDB and distributed systems.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RHEL system administration and security practices.
• Familiarity with artifact and quality tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, and Marx.
• Exposure to Java/Erlang build and deployment pipelines.
