Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and define key product KPIs for platform features and experiences.
• Integrate and monitor KPIs with development and analytics tools.
• Report daily on KPIs with insights and recommendations.
• Generate hypotheses and validate them via research and A/B testing.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams and lead data-backed decisions.
• Track and respond to user feedback across channels regularly.
• Participate in user research to understand behaviors and pain points.
• Analyze product funnels to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with global teams for user insights and market requirements.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitors and trending global products.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize.
• Understanding of BI tools like Tableau, R, SAS, or SPSS is a plus.
• Interest in e-commerce, consumer internet, and data-driven decision making.
• Minimum 1 year experience in product analytics at a tech/product company.
