🎯 Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Post-Trade Platform tools including reference data, reconciliation, P&L, and compliance systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software for internal trading operations.
• Support the innovation and modernization of core middle-office and back-office technology stacks.
• Work across global teams to maintain and optimize existing infrastructure and data systems.

✅ Requirements

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and Java; exposure to shell scripting and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
